Few things. Read carefully:
1. Check in- took over an hour
2. Despite me agreeing to wait that 1hr, asked the reception to have everything ready in the room.
3. Dusty room.
4. Toileteries, Dustbin, Towels were kept after repeated requests.
5. Room phone doesn't connect to reception. Even if it does, call is either unanswered or picked late.
6. Dirty bathrooms, noisy old exhaust fan, rusted pipes, holders.
7. Reception has no interest or seriousness in getting things done or making it.
8. The staff is nothing but a bunch of 16-20 yr olds who lack sense of any hospitality or urgency.
9. Breakfast served is cold, tea is watery and horrible quality.
10. Nobody is at the dining area to serve or even get a glass of water.
11. During my whole 3 days of stay the television wasn't working. No action by the management.
12. Management only says it'll be fixed. Nothing gets fixed.
Not posting any photos cos I didn't want anyone to vomit.

I stayed here overnight along with my family in last week. The location is very near from Agra fort and TajMahal. The hotel is located a bit inside on the lane joining Mall road. There is no sign board of this hotel on Mall road. There is limited parking in the bylane of this hotel.
The rooms are quite comfortable for the travelers with overnight stay. They have chilling Ac, good linen and clean washroom. They also have free WiFi with good speed. They have their own restaurant which we use only for complimentary breakfast.
The con side is the room service. Its very very slow, my TV was not showing any channel, i went twice to reception for complaining it but no one turned in. Anyways, we went their to explore Agra hence were is room only in night for sleep.
Though they have said that breakfast starts at 7:30am but when we came back from Tajmahal at 9:00 then still we waited for breakfast for couple of minuted to be prepared.
Still i would recommend it to traveler going to see Agra fort and Tajmahal because of its location.

I stayed here for one night with my daughter as part of a G Adventures Delhi yo Kathmandu tour.
It was adequate for our needs, clean room and bedding and hot water. I do not judge against European standards but as against other accommodation used throughout our trip.

i have booked 03 Triple rooms for my friend Himanshu at Hotel Idea in. on Arrival got warm welcome welcome and good rooms. hotel Gm Mr.Op Yadav was very Curtisous and energetic. i personnaly appriciate his effort to make comfortable our stay at Idea Inn.

Hotel room is very nice and clean...bathroom also clean...sheets clean ...breakfast is great and waiter is always there for help and services...staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good place for rest. Every spend money is definitely worth!
