This hotel is situated on the main highway Indore to Ujjain and just 2 kilometres away from Mahakal temple people looking for good option with reasonable amenities and good food may prefer to stay in this hotel and at the same time this may be a good option for business travelers but business place and industrial area of Ujjain city is about 6 kilometres away. Rooms of the hotel or average and amenities are reasonable. The overall Ambience of the hotel is good for the new part and the old part is having old structure. Overall it may be a good option for travelers looking good Budget hotel. Don't expect much professional behaviour from the staff

Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with this stay. We checked in somewhere around 1.30 PM and were told that since there is some construction going on, we would be kept in temporary rooms for some time, before our actual booked rooms get ready. We were required to keep waiting to get shifted till 9.30 PM and too after us reminding them a multiple times.
Eventually we got our rooms in a dusty and unclean condition at around 11 PM. When complained they sent only 1 house keeping guy, the other one kept day Ng h can't do it all alone but never showed up. The one who showed up was clueless about what to do. There was no supervision and I had to instruct him on cleaning bathrooms n rooms, bring in basic toiletires, etc.
Finally we hit the bed at 12 am.
There is no working WiFi in the hotel. Dust everywhere, no room service people and slow service overall. This not a deserving place to stay! And the photos are not the real picture of the rooms here.

Hotel staff very poor response and this hotel according to hotel status no response . Phone lines are dead no one will listen your prblm. The Hotel staff is too bed they don't give uu any facility in their Hotel.

I was searching a lot for Imperial Cafe on TripAdvisor, however, I didnt get it, so I am writing this review here.
It is an amazing place made by Imperial hotel just next to its entrance, and I was stunned by the number of dishes available and the great ambiance.
Looking forward to visiting again soon...

Good food. Great price. Good staff. Neat and clean. The only hitch was the time it took for the order to come considering the number of people present in the restaurant. Good location. Good ambience.
New property with a nice ambience. Rooms are decent sized with sofa and writing table with queen size bed. The layout of rooms and the hotel is nice. It has a small common sitting area which is very nicely done. Worth taking pics. Nice and helpful staff. It is on Ujjain Indore Highway and hence easily accessible. It is also near to Bhimashankar temple.
