It was good to stay in the property. Rooms are ok as well as the food is nice too. Room service is very slow, which can be looked into as well as the A.C. in the rooms arenât sufficient. Overall good experience, as staff too is quite courteous.

As I entered, I said to myself, WOW !! Thats a real good place, which actually it is, but only the setting.
The Maintenance and Service is the lousiest that I have experienced in a long time. I dont write negative reviews easily as I travel almost 4 days a week and its usual to have a bad stay or day. But this is real bad. They could not print out the boarding pass for me, WI FI wasnt working, the Wash Basin Tap came in my hand, The Shower did not give HOT water ever after wasting running water for 15 minutes, No one picked up the phone when I wanted to check, at the reception, there was no one for check out. Didnt come for 10 minutes. Breakfast is A La Carte, which means if you are in a hurry( like me) one could not eat.. WORST WORST Stay in my life. 5 STAR???? If I could give stars, maybe a minus 5. I have decided to raise this to the authorities so that I can find out why their licence should not be cancelled...

Hotel is located in good area surrounded by green lawns. Property is nicely built. Food is of average quality and taste is also average. overall nice stay. Swimming pool was awesome. Hotel has inbuilt spa and saloon which added it's value.

Attended a workshop in this hotel, it was a 3-day affair, for the first two days; the hotel provided Expired Mineral Water bottles to people. I don't know how their ethics permit this. The bottles were replaced on the third day after pointing out the lapse.
Tariffs are quite high, so difficult to get a value for money for such location and service.

good to stay. Directions not clear though. The food was fantastic. staff was helpful and the pool was awesome. The view from the balcony is also great with good privacy. Will definitely go there again.
