Took my daughter here for birthday treat and we were delighted with our experience. Lovely room. Fabulous dinner in Greene's served by lovely staff. Gorgeous cocktails in Cask and a very comfortable nights sleep followed by a nice breakfast. Highly recommended

On arrival we were to early to check in but the reception staff took our bags off us and stored them while we went off to explore the city. During the afternoon, the guy on reception called me on my mobile to let me know that the room was ready.
Lovely room, nice decor and furniture. Iron, ironing board, trouser press, tv (with a temperamental signal) and the rooms were serviced daily.
The location is brilliant, very central and close to lots of great of great places to eat and drink.
We went into Cask, a lovely quirky bar and enjoyed tapas and a glass of complimentary prosecco (for booking directly with the hotel).
It was Cask that eventually ruined our 3 nights in Cork. 3 nights of not being able to get to sleep before 1am, banging music that was so loud the bed may as well have been in the bar (room 117).
I have never been so glad to be going home. I certainly would not stay there again, I am disappointed that our rare child-free break was ruined by our accommodation ð

Can not fault this hotel. Booked a twin room for a two night stay. Every single member of staff we encountered were polite, attentive and more than happy to help. Our room was spacious and quiet. Didnât eat at the restaurant but did pop over to the Cask bar where we sampled the Tapas and cocktails - we were not disappointed. Perfectly located in the centre of Cork, the main shopping areas only being a short stroll away. Very good value and we will return.

I recently had a 3 night weekend stay. Hotel is an excellent venue, walking distance from main shopping area and there are lots of bars and restaurants in the same street as hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bedroom was a good size, a nicely refurbished bathroom and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average and I would have expected better for the price, there was nothing wrong but like all buffet breakfasts it was not very hot. The bar , courtyard and waterfall are all really nice.

Had a great time. Staff was friendly - location was awesome. Restaurant and bar onsite were amazing!
Only potential downside was parking. Although there is offsite parking, we didnât have a phone that worked in Ireland, so we had to get a key card from the office every time that we wanted to go get and/or return our cars. Created lots of trips back and forth to the hotel. We didnât have any issues but I could see it being annoying if the streets were busier or you are traveling solo.
