This is a budget hotel, we stayed there for five nights. But as per price, there is a better option at Srinagar. Many problems we faced there, they don't clean the room on a regular basis, even after requesting them they didn't, however, while leaving the hotel they asked for tips kind of forcefully. If there are fewer guests, they don't turn on the generator, when electricity had gone, we were in dark sometimes at night. In this hotel, the good-hearted person is Mr. Shabir. If we visit the Srinagar again, we may not stay there again. Their too commercial attitude me and my wife didn't like. They promised to provide us dinner and breakfast, but they provided only breakfast. While checking out from the hotel, the hotel boy makes us leave the room 30 minutes before from the checkout time. As per our package, they didn't provide us the shikara ride as well. Most of the time they are not responsive at the intercom. They don't provide bottled water in the room. In Srinagar, most of the people we found honest, only the middleman of this hotel, by whom we went there from the airport, was dishonest, his name is Mr. Bilal.
This hotel is not recommended, at least not for foreigners.

I saw a lot of negative comment on the hotel dating 3-4 years back. May be this can be a reason people would not prefer this. I was also skeptical. The date was 7th of June and this was my return journey from Leh. On 8th Burhan Wani was killed and whole of srinagar was in a mental trauma kind of situation. We were well received, good buffet, good service and the best thing that I liked was the attitude of the owner Javed bhai..He seemed to be a seasoned traveler and I got to know a lot about it. Thanks once again. See you all soon

The only bad experience caused during the entire Trip was the Stay at Isfhan in Srinagar. The management is very careless and Irresponsible about there guest. They treated us very badly and they didn't provide the food and accommodation which they promised during the booking time and they were shouting to the elder person among us who have asked about the promised menu. It was a Terrible experience. You can find much Better Hotels rather than Isfhan, if you are staying in Sringar.

The worst hotel you can find in Srinagar. Horrible Management, they will argue and fight with you for all the wrong reasons. The rooms are so unclean that its better you sleep on the road. They were suppose to provide us Non-Veg food, the first day they apologized, second day they argued and the third day they gladly informed us that they don't serve Non-Veg in that hotel. However they never mention it before payment. If you ask, they always say yes to Non-Veg before payment and once they get paid, they change their mind.

I took the package thru one of the well known online portal. Their corporate office in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon - Haryana, India.
They booked this hotel for us, after check-in we had to ask for change of the hotel(different story though) Dirty room, torn pillow covers, dirty pillows, lots of dust under the bed, looks like they had not cleaned from ages. almost same type of dishes in dinner.
I think people should book the Hotel\House boat and cars directly instead of going through big brand.
