After staying here for 2 days , I thought how can staff have such type of hostile and anti-customer attitude in this (hospitality) industry, but after meeting the lady in chargeâ , my doubts got cleared.
As per my understanding, the core issue with this hotel is 'attitude' of the staff including the management.
They make you feel like you are staying in a hostel with many wardens roaming around who speaks rudely and unploitely.
If you are looking for hospitality, please stay away from here

Located in new Amritsar it is a comfortable hotel.very well maintained.Rooms are clean and neat .service good.restaurant attached.variety food items and tasty.we were in a group.They served South Indian item for us.comfortable for families

The initial impression was ok when I entered the hotel but went worse as time passes by.
Here are some key points
1. The staff is mostly in attitude. They don't know how to treat guests.
2. The WiFi is chargeable. In today's time no body is much interested but really chargeable????
3. There is no clock room or luggage facility in hotel . My flight was in evening and they straight away denied to keep my luggage after checkout. I need to rent out another room in nearby hotel to keep my luggage.
4. The housekeeping department said they will not change bed sheets as the room is booked for only 2 days.
5. There are very limited no of towels in hotel. In case you want third , they will forcefully (literally) take wet from you then only you can get new one. The staff can even fight with you on this if you say that old one is in use.
6. The owner(lady) behaviour is rude. She sometimes treat guests as if she is doing favour on guests. Don't know why this attitude.
7. The rooms are in good shape. There is not much options nearby at similar price.
8. The hotel interior is good with some antique stuff. But dare if you touch any. The manager shouts like anything.
If this is so rare at least they should put some note not to touch.
9. It's difficult to find Ola cabs from hotel premises. The Ola cabs are easily available in city and drop to this location. But finding Ola from hotel area is a big risk.
10. Overall I like my stay as we were in group but the hotel management and staff is pathetic. This attitude needs to be changed as per my observation.

My stay of 2 nights was beautiful at this villa. This was my 3rd visit to Amritsar and the stay at this villa made my trip memorable . Nice n lovely room best is the behave of staff. Organic food adds charm. Meeting with owner Mr. Vivek is a delight, a man of knowledge. Hotel is about 3 k.m from main market Lawrence road .
The condition of Amritsar roads are bed,do not know why govt. Think of this city. On the whole hotel ishan villa is very good.

This hotel is really well maintained and constructed. The roads approaching this hotel are in bad shape but once you enter the hotel. The beauty of this place makes you forget everything. Staff is so polite and nice always ready to help. Food is also Good. Rooms are well set,We enjoyed our stay over here.
