The hotel is situated in very nice location. Very beautiful hotel with nice furnished. Great services you can got from here. Large and spotlessly rooms looks very beautiful. Friendly staff. all arrangements you can get here for a lovely stay.

I visited Jaisalmer as the last stop of my Rajasthan tour itinerary. This was my second visit to this amazingly quaint city and the second visit to the Jaisal Palace as well. I made sure I book this hotel well in advance as I love the service these people provide. Very polite management staff, very good and spacious rooms, proximity to the humongous Jaisalmer Palace all added up to my selection of this hotel for another stay. I was travelling with a family of more than 7 members and had multiple luggage bags with us. I had called the hotel reception well in advance and informed them about my delayed arrival(the road from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer was still under construction at that time, probably still).To my surprise, the hotel staff was waiting for my arrival on a chilling January night and I was informed that our rooms were ready to be occupied. I was really touched by their concerned behavior and shows that it truly is a customer friendly place to stay. Major highlight of this hotel is the restaurant which offers an excellent view of the Golden Fort. They even provide desert safari tours and have few packages to select from. The Oasis camp situated at the tip of the Sam dunes offers jeep as well as camel safari options. If you are looking for a breathtaking view of the desert and if you have an appetite for an early morning adventure, consider the jeep safari. They take you up and down the majestic sand dunes and give ample time to satisfy your photography hunger as well. Hotel Jaisal Palace-Definitely recommended for a medium sized family on a medium budget.

i stayed in this hotel for week,it was a reat stay,staff is freindly,complaints are always corrected on time and they will also guide you for nearest tourist attractin,they also provide in house laundry service which is not much costly,so my suggestion is that,if youu are planning for a fabulous stay in jaisalamer and looking for a budget hotel,visit Hotel Jaisal Palace Once,they have their roof top restaurant also which serve pure vegearian diet.overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was totally different from the pictures you can see in this site. Rooms are not grand as shown in photos. Maintenance is very poor, untidy and bathrooms are very small. Food was good but the whole dining area looks dirty and unhygienic. God knows why people gave this hotel 4 stars.
