The breakfast had plenty to offer, more than you might expect from a hotel in Spain with nice features such as a juice machine where you could get freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms are clean and furnished with stylish modern furniture and comfortable beds. The staff speaks good English and everyone we met were nice and very service-minded.

Stayed 4 nights. We liked mercure bilbao very much. Location, staff, food, room all were excellentðð»ðð»ðð» I hope to stay in Bilbao and Mercure next time. Thank you for your hospitality Mercure Jardines Bilbao

Good quality hotel, breakfast is good, hotel location is central, everywhere is walking distance, auto park is good but expensive, bathroom amenities are very high quality. But they always forget, you book 3 adults room, they put just 2 items per person.

Location is the key here, being close to the Guggenheim museum and the Casco Viego old town (15 mins walk).
Ideal base to explore all that Bilbao offers.
Very spacious superior room (30 sq mtrs) with enormous double bed, including free mini bar.
Staff in the lobby containing bar area and reception extremely helpful and friendly.
Would recommend this hotel to all and everyone!

The Hotel was in an excellent location in the centre of Town Near to the main attractions and old Town Rooms were first class and the breakfast excellent with a great choice of either cooked or continental
