The hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. The highlight was the food. I stayed only for a night. Didn't have enough time to use all their services. It's decent place to stay. Not a fancy hotel but the room and bathroom were clean. I would certainly recommend.

The hotel is excellent with clean rooms. Breakfast and lunch is also very good catering to all age groups. Service is also very good.They also help with valuable information about Sai Darshan. Close to the temple complex and a very safe and good option.

Hotel looks like castle from outside. Service is excellent. Rooms are neat & clean. Service is really good. We had a problem with bathroom and they immediately fixed it. Had room service too. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We checked out at 1.00 pm though the check out timing is 12 noon but they were pretty ok with it. Provides drop & pick to temple as it's approx 1 km away. 24 hrs hot water facility available. Food is really good. They have buffet when groups are there.
Swimming pool is maintained good. I forgot the name of the person on reception he is very courteous.
Tip: view is better from room 306 to 310 on 3rd floor as it faces road and open area . Rooms on other side is dark as there is building on opposite side.

Light bulbs in the room and bathroom were very dim. No chair nor table provided in the room. Bath mat was still damp on our arrival. Handle of one window was broken so window could not be shut properly. Only one lift was working. Dirty laundry was lying in the corridor. Myself and my wife stayed in this hotel for the night of 08 December 2017.This hotel was booked by indiator as part of an expensive tour package.

Very basic hotel over rated, not value for money. Dirty towels, donât supply proper bath room needs, need to through 2 buckets of water to get hot water, very small restaurant, no quality of service, unprofessional staff...
