I stayed here for 1 night with so much dis-comfort. There were no facilities - even for water bottle, I had to call 3 times. Moreover, the staff is non-courteous without any client handling etiquette. Strongly suggesting not to even book ever

The hotel is not maintained and the rooms are so pathetic that I was wandering how does anyone even stay here.
The room service boys are also least interested to work that you need to actually convince them to get a simple work done.
Overall I can just say that this is not a good place to stay in.

Near khar west in the market linking road is walking distance.
People who stay alone or for stop over while transfer from airport can stay there.
Food is ok ok type .
No breakfast complimentary.
I like location only.

I heard a lot about overpriced but ugly hotels in Mumbai so I think Jewel Palace is quite reasonable. "Not a bad option" like Naziya says. The room was enough clean to feel comfotable. I think the vegetable sandwich for breakfast caused me stomach problems. Theres a good restaurant near, it's called Krishna something. I had only one day in Mumbai and the Jewel Palace is only about half an hour drive from the airport. My one day trip was very relaxed. I went to the Haji Alis Mosque, the Mahalaxmi Dhobi Ghat, the phoenix shopping mall and to The Four Season Hotel (nice view from 33th floor with fantastic cocktails).

I have stayed two nights at Jewel Palace hotel in mumbai. I must say that service is very good and staffâ s behaviour is very cordial. Complementary breakfast and airport dropping was provided as per assurance. I am very satisfied.
