We were a family of 4 and we had booked 2 rooms for a short stay. The first room given to us stinked of cigarette smell and we had to ask for a room change immediately. Both the rooms had comfortable bedding. The only problem was the hot water and tired down look of the toilets. We had to waste 2 buckets of water to get proper hot water which was kind of a letdown, as so much of water is getting wasted. The management should look in to this and do something about it.
The breakfast served at the top floor was really good and as a family we really enjoyed the ambience and courtesy shown by the staff.
The front desk staff were not very welcoming and nobody had a smile on their faces. During checkout as well, nobody even bothered to ask about our experience at the hotel.
Overall, if you ask me, I am a little sceptical if I would recommend this place to fellow travelers.

We had stayed in this property on 1st and 2nd Dec 2017. We were a group of 3 people with small Kid. Since we had been traveling with small kid, we were carrying a lot of luggage. The check-in was very smooth and hassle free. We had booked a breakfast inclusive package while doing booking. Sales Team especially Sales Manager(Amit G), was very prompt in providing resolution to our queries during booking phase. As we were checking in very late in evening, we had requested them for dinner arrangement during that time, to which they obliged. We were famished due to our trip, we immediately came down for dinner. Being a weekend, their restaurant was full. But the restaurant manager was prompt and did not make us wait too much. Coming to the food, it was one of the biggest spreads available. The food was amazing and we enjoyed it a lot.
The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staffs, ambiance as well as their attitude were a symbol of K Treeâs excellence and we were a happy patron of K Tree. Definitely recommend this wonderful property and would definitely come back during my next visit to Kolhapur.

We cant give a good review with a bad experience. This hotel has downgraded in just couple of years. we have visited this place 3 years back when it was newly opened however over a period of time the rooms are not maintained. we booked 2 rooms in the month of November and the room which were given to us were horrible. the bathroom knob was broken the paint is faded and not cleaned properly. the Ac remotes were not working and after complaining the staff gave us a look like they are not even bothered. they asked us to check in where someone was already staying and they are not even aware of the situation.
for the price which we paid I dont think anyone should pay that for such bad experience.
Big No for people looking for clean place to stay.

If you are ready to spend some extra amount of money than regular, then it is a must stay if you visit Kolhapur
The service is excellent...
Even filmstars like ritesh deshmukh sir have been here in past and stayed so overall the hotel is beyond everything...
They have enough of parking space of you are travelling by a car, they have their restraunt over there...
And the hotel is located in residential area so there is no noise as such, you can spend your Holiday peacefully

I stayed here with family on the way back from Goa to Pune
It's conveniently located near the main road and is around 3 kms from the Mahalakshmi temple. It's also very near to the DYP mall which has a movie hall as well.
The room was comfortable and modern with LCD TV. Internet was ok however WIFI was a bit spotty. We booked a super deluxe room. The corner room 203 is next to the service elevator and housekeeping area, so a bit noisy. Bathroom was quite modern. Cleanliness could be improved. The bedsheets were a bit stained. The toilet wasn't too clean. Toiletries were provided and any room service was quick. Parking space is available. The parking attendant is extremely helpful. There is a in house restaurant although we didn't try it. Breakfast was decent and mostly Indian and quite good.
