Average property close to the Bus Stand

This hotel is okay close to the Central Bus Stand.
The double room was clean however quite old.
There was no Free WiFi service and the television was an old CRT TV.
The Fan was continuously making noise. Glad it was winter and didn't need the fan.
The Hotel staff was co-operative.

hotel is very near opp to bus stand, but a 3km distance from railway station. We stayed here during a trip to local aurangabad seeing.
pros :
1. near to bus stand.
2. very helpful staff and owner. room service is their main USP. Everyone over there are ready to help.
3. the owner is flexible about the checkin and check out timings. 5* for this.
4. rooms are recently painted.
5. hot water in morning.
6. average enough rooms
7. rooms are cleaned during our stay in day time when we were out.
cons :
1. no hot water during nights.
2. bedsheets and window curtains in AC Deluxe room are so worse and dirty. Can't even think to touch them. Not enough window curtains in one side, so we are visible to opp. building during night time.
3. has to improve in room's smell by using room freshner's.
4. no lift
an average budget hotel.

The location is good. The service is average...The manager and the service persons are enough helpful... But the beds are as hard that as if made of stone...the rooms are not clean ..there are patches on the walls. But then also it is an average low budget hotel for stay with a less comfort...
Stay as far as you can!

Not only will you lie down on the hardest bed you've ever experienced (there's hardly any mattress between the wood of the bed and you)
Not only will you have to be equipped with your personal sheets and towels, as those provided by the hotel are way too dirty to say
Not only will you have to use earplugs - the powerful kind - to win a few minutes' sleep despite the noisiest road outside and the noisiest staff inside
Not only will you have to FORGET about a nice refreshing shower when you come back from Ellora or Ajanta, as you can only have hot water in the morning (if you ask for hot water in the evening, you'll be provided a bucket, but - how can I say - it's just NOT the same)
Not only will you have to avoid leaving anything for laundry service, as it's extremely difficult to get it back in time when you leave
BUT, as sweet as the cherry on top of the cake, if you leave some waste in the bathroom basket, when they "clean" the room all they will do is throw your waste - no matter what kind - out of the bathroom window, so that you'll be able to recognize part of it on the external window sill - as they don't even care to throw it "properly" - and the rest on the pavement in front of the hotel.
It is true that the manager is smart and helpful in organizing your trips to Ellora and Ajanta, but - well - it's just NOT enough.
Oh, one last thing: forget about wi-fi.
very good experience with Hotel Kala Laxmi in Aurangabad

We, five women and children, had a very pleasant trip to Aurangabad, Ellora and Ajanta. We booked the rooms at Kala Laxmi by long distance telephone call to Mr. Chauhan (owner of Kala Laxmi). He arranged pick up, trip to Ellora, Ajanta as well as sight seeing to nearby places, all for reasonable charge and dropped as back at the railway station.
This is a budget hotel, but comfortable.
Mr. Chauhan is friendly. The driver for the sight seeing is helpful as a guide.
Overall, we were satisfied with the arrangement and won't hesitate recommending the Hotel.
