I had done booking in this hotel for one of my corporate clients and had simply called this hotel to reconfirm my booking. The call was answered by Mr Amit in the hotel and the way he dealt with me was pathetic. This hotel representative doesn't have manner, how to talk to its clients. It is not supposed from a hospitality personnel to handle their client in such a way. He was literally shouting over the phone and getting irritated. I had simply asked him to reconfirm the booking.
The hotel management should re-examine its representatives and should hire professionals from the industry. I may not be offering this property to my clients anymore.

stayed in this property for a night hotel, good for transit halt is fine here but not for a stay for 3-4 nights..
to start of with the property rooms are small and bathrooms are very small, the Lenin is terrible, they need to update the bed sheets also the towels, all are very old and worn out.
staff are good, they are ready to help you but they cannot do much as what they have they manage.
overall, if you want a transit halt it is fine

Bad place to stay. Very unhygenic. Staff not present at every floor. The only comfort is that it is very near to pune railway station. They even charge you for lost key card. The food is overpriced and horrible.

This place is really amazing, it is really close to the Railway station and also just 30 mins of maximum drive to the airport
Apart from the good location the services were also excellent, and there are a lot of food outlets around the hotel, which allows you to a get a taste of the locality

The hotel was good and at walking distance from station. Also it is centrally located. The rooms are neat & Clean. The staff is courteous but not well informed about hotel facilities. The hotel offers free drop facility to airport and the receptionist mentioned that it is chargeable. Next morning with the change of duty of receptionist the facility was offered free of charge. The food is average.
