I can not rate the customer service highly enough in this hotel! Although sometimes the language barrier is a little bit of an issue they are always nearby to help or answer any questions, very polite and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance of Pushkar and has a laid back historical vibe. Also, the banana lassi served at the cafe is delicious!

I was at Gulaab Niwas in mid January 2018, with my family and friends. It is great place, beautiful ambiance and views are awesome. I recommend everyone to stay at Gulaab Niwas whenever get some time... Thanks, team Gulaab Niwas.

I visited gulab niwas with family. Its 5 minutes away from the pushkar town. With GPS, did not have trouble finding it. The property is spacious and it's facade is grand. It has adequate parking space, garden is well maintained. Enter the hotel and u like what u see. Reception area and lounge are well decorated giving feeling of grand haveli. Its cafeteria is specially tastefully decorated. However, disappointment starts as soon as u enter ur room. Rooms are very basic with only some having good view. Bathrooms were not well ventilated, hence were smelly. Room service was slow due to limited no. of staff, though staff was courteous. Food in restaurant is expensive. Hotel and rooms were clean. U get a good view of pushkar town from hotel as it is situated at a height. There's a good sitting area in lawn where u can enjoy ur snacks. No recreation facilities available. If rooms are given a facelift than definitely its a good place for family to stay. However, as the hotel tariff was budget friendly so one cannot complain too much.

Great place to stay with a historical-feel. It provides amazing views of the town and is in close distance to the camel fair and near a village. You get to see it all here. They have a cute cafe to hang out in and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you come to Pushkar you definetly need to stay at Gulaab Niwaas!

I feel this is one of the best looking properties at Pushkar and if you love taking selfies it has many places to facilitate this plus has a very good bird's eye view of the Pushkar city. The library, cafe, dining hall, open air restaurant, pool and rooms are all good with a large green area.
Menu is limited for the level of this hotel and quality of food is just average like everywhere else in Pushkar.
Still highly recommended if you love serenity and relaxed atmosphere with right amount of nature and man-made structures.
