Best budget option in main Deccan area when with friends and has no leisure trip.best for stay for day 1 or 2.Rooms quite good.toilets and bathtubs old fashioned and I'll maintained.breakfast avarage.

Situated at Apte road Pune.
Hotel was a good hotel but now its just an old version of its own.
Breakfast have limited options.
Bed linen and bath towels are old.
Bathroom curtains are dirty.
Overall an ok ok stay if you want to stay in city.
One saver is many good food joints are at walkable distance on JM road and FC road.
Wifi is free.
Overall Average hotel.

Clean, decent hotel, with large, spacious rooms. The hotel is located just 100 metres away from the hustle & bustle of the city, in a quiet street. Lots of restaurants, eating places around as well as a good shopping area.
However, the breakfast spread is very meagre, with Idli being a constant for all the four days that I stayed there
But a good hotel to stay when you are in Pune for Business

Checked into the Hotel and checked into the room. The Room smells like a Laterine and the Wardrobes are shoddy and woodwork is broken. The front door of the room is jammed and have to give it a hefty push to lock and unlock it. The room of the bathroom wont lock either. The AC in the room was not working. I asked them for a change of room and they said they are booked so they wont change it. Very Bad Hotel! Please book this hotel only if you want to experience how it is to stay in a Public Toilet for a Night!!

Very un hygienic

No conference rooms....hotel rooms are turned into conference rooms
Broken cutlery
Toilets very dirty
Price of the rooms too high for the services offered
