Hotel is near to all major attractions in Haridwar. Best location to stay. If you are a travelling solo or couple, then you can walk to Railway station, MansaDevi, Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar from the hotel, no need of any transport. As I was with family, I had to arrange auto rickshaw or cycle rickshaw to visit the places, who overcharge as any other tourist place. Hotel is very neat and clean, well kept antic furniture with latest accessories. Deluxe room is in true terms deluxe, if you want to spend more time in hotel, then deluxe room is best or else standard room will also do, if you are in hotel only to sleep. We decided to have food in hotel throughout our stay in Haridwar, as we found it very good, less oily and affordable. Hotel staff was very friendly, they guided us to different places in Haridwar, and best means to reach there. We booked Hrishikesh tour from the hotel, they arranged Tata Indigo Car for us, price was 1700 Rs, we found it bit high, but as I was with family, comfort was our prime requirement. Overall stay at Hotel La Casa was good and would recommend all budget travellers to stay at the hotel.

This place is very good for a couple stay in Haridwar and this Hotel is near to Railway Station and bus stand, all tourist attraction near by the Hotel, Mansa Devi temple also near. Staff is very friendly and helpful for everyone. They have Terrace Cafe on third floor for in-house guest. Food so tasty and yummy.
The most important thing for this Hotel, they have very good staff. Specially Hotel manager Mr. Amit Saini is very nice person, He is available any time there for manage everything.
Mr. Amit Saini provide a road map for local sight seeing by walk, the map is very helpful for unknown person. If you want anything in haridwar as a tourism please contact Hotel manager Mr. Amit Saini. Thanks to all staff for our stay memorable and specially thanks to Mr. Amit Saini.
We will come back to hotel La Casa again. We will recommend everyone for stay in this Hotel.

I stayed over there with my relatives and family for 3 nights last year I made a reservation from online and I was requested for give me some good rooms and side by side rooms ,and they have accepted my request and gave me 3 nice rooms,food is very tasty service is very much prompt.Front office manager was very helpful and nice person.overall my experience is awesome with this hotel.fully satisfied and recommend to everyone who want to go Haridwar.

I am visiting every month in Haridwar for my company work and my stay with La Casa every visit. I m happy with the team and them management. There staff is so friendly and helpful.
There is Mr. Amit Saini manager of the hotel is very friendly and charminge guy. Thanks to all team members. I will recommend every one for this Hotel.

We stayed at Room No. 302 on 4-Dec-2017. Here is my review of it:
Good Things:

- This hotel is quite close from Har ki Pauri, market, eating joints & Railway station
- The gentleman at the main reception was very calm, efficient, experienced & helpful. I missed to ask his name. Check-in was smooth & he even gave us the required info & Haridwar map for site-seeing - along with Xerox of a map. That was really helpful.
- Lift is also there. So it's suitable for elderly people as well.
- Rooms were very neat & clean.
- Washroom & Bathroom were also very clean - with 24*7 Hot & cold water.
- Also in the lobby, you will find benches/wooden sofas with cushions. You can calmly sit there & read/talk to your friends (if you are in a group). I saw this excellent use of lobby area for the first time.
- Excellent service !! .. We asked for Room heater. It came in no time - along with electric kettle
- We had lunch there. It was very tasty & at a reasonable cost. Their dining area is also quite unique & comfortable.
Improvement Areas:

- This hotel is quite close to the main road / market area. So we could hear traffic noise & horn sound during the day. It's actually a people problem - who honk unnecessarily. At night it was all calm & we could sleep peacefully.
- Card is not accepted for food bill. So during early morning checkout, we had to arrange for Cash. Sometimes it could be difficult. Would be great if they allow Card payment for food bill as well - that too without any additional transaction charges.
Overall we had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Thanks to the entire staff for their amazing service & hospitality :)
