Hotel Landmark situated in Thiba palace road Ratnagiri,There is 24x7 reception facilities,free Wi-Fi zone,free private parking and guests can enjoy the on site bar another most popular thing showcasing a sun terrace and view of the sea.
They having delux room,king room and double room and the accommodation is equipped with a satellite cctv and rooms having private bathrooms.Althought their staff
is very cheerful and always helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

We did a 2 night short family vacation in December in Ratnagiri where we stayed at Hotel Landmark.
Its centrally located yet isolated from the hustle & bustle of the main road in Ratnagiri. It has a decent parking space so you can safely take your vehicle with you. The room is well appointed with all necessary amenities.AC works perfectly well though we switched it ON during the day only. They provided us with an additional mattress as we had requested for an extra bed.
There was one hot dish for breakfast along with bread, butter & tea - coffee. Eggs were charged separately. We ate outside hence cant comment on their restaurant but i presume it would be nice given the tasty breakfast we had for 2 days.
The hotel is located within 500 m.walking distance of the very impressive Thiba Palace & the Thiba Point which is a viewing deck offering some stunning sights of the coast off Ratnagiri.
I will strongly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Ratnagiri.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row, this hotel has decently clean rooms, well mannered and helpful staff, decent food. its a good choice for families on holidays.
we had booked at another place but found it diffrent from wht was shown in website. having arrived at Ratnagiri during peak holiday time without an alternative and getting 'we are' full replies at other hotels, we were at our wits end, luckily we were accomodated by landmark manager Mr Jayant and his staff.

Hotel has a Parking Facility. Rooms are decent with AC facility. Rates are reasonable including breakfast. Options in the Breakfast are minimum at least during our stay.Place is easy to locate. Rates are in the Range of 3500-4000 for a double bed room with breakfast

We rented an Executive suit for cleanliness and service. We paid American grade rent and received Slum grade room. Too expensive for a dirty place. Bathrooms were dirty. Air Conditioner stopped working after freezing 5 times. Dirty towels with stains. Dirty floor with stains. Dirty sink with permanent stains. Broken mirror holder with no mirror. Their swimming pool is empty and dirty. Manager talks too much BS and jokes around to avoid the customer complaints.
