This hotel has a peculiar problem. It is located very near to the Swargadwar Beach and has spacious rooms. But there is serious lack of upkeep. I had to change three rooms on different floors in just a couple of days because the first Deluxe room had a blown fuse and the second had dangerously broken floor tiles in the toilet. The geyser too did not work. The WiFi password was hard to come and that also did not work. But the Reception was well-behaved and tried to help us. The food was OK.

We have visited puri in first week of Jan 2018 and stayed in this hotel. This hotel is value for money. It's quite near to Jagganath temple. We usually walk down to temple daily. Beach is hardly 100 mt from this hotel. We have booked 4 bed AC room in this hotel. This is a very large room with 2 double beds. Bedsheets could be more clean . They provided complimentary breakfast. There are sufficient option to stuff yourself. one need to discuss the same while booking. They are also running Little chef hotel. We only got a chance to have dinner in this restaurant. Food was really very good and price is very low. Local market is very near to this hotel.
Few Suggestions:
- Bedsheet should be more clean.
- Staff should not ask for tip for there regular job

As this being my 4th visit to Puri , I am well verse about Puri hospitality. Keeping that in mind I have rated this as Avg, otherwise it would have been really poor. Firstly the hotel is tucked well inside a lane which is not so wide, so if you are travelling by a big car it will be a problem for you. Rooms were pretty big in size with 2 double bed's so easily 4 people can adjust , we had 3 . Had a tv in room which was working well with the satellite connection. Biggest drawback was there bathroom, not upto the mark, unclean and gyser didn't worked for most of the time. We stayed for 4 days and not even for a single day they came up to change the bedsheets / towels , you will have to ask for it. They have a travel desk which is a positive point and the vehicle which they provide were really good with good drivers , but comes with a premium price compared to others.
Worst part of the stay was there food , I just had it once and swear not to have it ever again. Breakfast menu was the same almost every day , with real reluctance in filling up Items which are getting finished. I accidentally order dinner the first night we stayed there, my order included a chicken Soup, Aloo Zeera & Plain roti . We ordered chicken soup as my 5yr old daughter was coughing a bit with cold , but the pathetic taste of soup aggravated her cough so much that she couldn't sleep all through the night. Soup only had red chili powder in it, nothing else. Aloo Zeera was also spicy and they didn't had tawa roti so served as tandoori which after a tiring day was really hard to tear , so can imagine how much effort it required to chew.
If you want a Avg stay you can book here , but eat outside . In Puri you will not find much good places to stay

Excellent courtesy extended by the restaurant staff, catering excellent and delicious except for wifi all other amenities are quite amazing with pleasant stay and easy access to our tours and value for money. But care should be taken to keep the corridors clean and tidy with fragrance.

Let me give you some real review.. this is the most pathetic stay I ever had. The room is located in a very narrow and dirty lane. It is a total mess after a few drops of shower. Room is ok with respect to money we spent. Ac is not working properly with heavy noise. Have to ask the authority to on the geyser. A total mis management. Restaurant is pathetic with over priced food that is not at all worthy. Very poor cleanliness. We had to wait 1 hour for our pre-booked tour to Konark. Nothing is positive about this property. Full mis management. I think make my trip or Goibibo should reconsider this property to put it in their list of hotels. I would have given 0 star if it was possible.
