Stayed here for one night as we were on our annual Christmas shopping trip to Auchan it is in a really convenient location from the tunnel to the shop . We have stayed here in several occasions itâs a non frills hotel but itâs clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced . The breakfast is continental varied and with delicious bread and a good choice of jams . The staff are very friendly and helpful all in all an enjoyable nights stay

Superbly convenient for Tunnel and Ferry. Very helpful staff, the ones we met had very good English. Facilities are basic, but exceeded expectations for the price. Everything in room very clean. We didn't have breakfast, mainly due to lack of time as we had to rush to get the ferry, but looks good judging by the photos on the web site. Free Wifi an added bonus!

I recently stayed at the Cottage hotel for the 3rd time. This is a good and comfortable hotel especially for short overnight stays. The rooms are comfortable and have all the basic needs. The food in the restaurant is on the whole good and there was a decent range of options to choose from. The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly.
The hotels location is perfect for shopping trips as it is close to Auchan and Cite Europe. The hotel is also very easy to find and convenient for the motorway.

Pretty poor hotel both in terms of facilities and value for money.
Our family room was tiny and road side. It was very warm but due to the road noise which was constant, we were unable to open the window. Lighting in the room was poor.
Shower was terrible and whole bathroom only just big enough to fit two kids.
Communal corridors poorly lit and not very clean.
On the positive side, the room was clean and it was very close to the channel tunnel.
The whole place needs a big upgrade - that would justify the price.

Booked at the last minute - 5pm the day we wanted to stay. We needed two rooms and they kindly put us in opposite rooms - perfect for us to keep an eye on our teenage boys! Rooms are basic and a bit dated, beds not too comfy but the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast was good.
