Stayed for 2 Nights. Room sizes are small. But located in very good locality. Food items are comparatively costly at this hotel. They have free wi-fi. The traffic around the place is very heavy. The hotel do not have exclusive parking facility.

Worst ever hotel i have seen in entire life.These guys are not serious. worst management, worst service, no commitment, only fake promises. I made an advance booking with them and since last 5 days their lift is not working. since the time of check-in reception staff is promissing to start the lift, but the same has not started even after passing 5 days.The tv in the room does not work because the subscription is not paid. they even didn't care, how much difficulty i have faced, as a cancer petient was with me. Total heartless staff and management people. stay in this hotel at your risk and responsibility. i have been forced to give 1 star rating by this app. from my bottom of heart i give zero rating to this hotel

Stayed for a day for business .
Pathetic house keeping,bad room service.
Average cleanliness.
Restaurant outside hotel.
No courtsey in the staff.
Too gossipy staff at check in and check out.
No requests entertained.

This is a bare basic value for money hotel if you want to stay close to the heart of Thane.
But, dont expect anything special.
Bare basics property but then we all know Mumbai is expensive and so any value for money place is going to be just manageable.

I visited this hotel in the month of August'16.Location of this hotel is good but costly. Food is average and again costly. Room ambience is good but hotel doesn't have wifi and all rooms are non-smoking.
