An excellent find only a 20 min walk out of the centre of town, a walk which takes you along the coast line ... So long as you are aware there are no cabs or ubers in Sete AND remember to take a jacket for the evenings you will be fine to walk back to the hotel.
Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is a small lift that works to save dragging suitcases upstairs.
Breakfast was a delight with fruit, cereal, bread, cheese, juice, croissants tea and coffee for only 8 euro... And again the staff were lovely ...
A supermarket across the road open until 9pm and a small fridge in the room is great.
Free parking in the next street ( might be more challenging in summer)...

Great reception and accommodation for the bikes and us. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom new and high standard. But the breakfast put all the others to shame. Such a huge selection of jams, fruit etc. To be recommended

We came here at end of cycling Canal du Midi from Toulouse. We had a spacious room (7) with own terrace view to street front. Good size shower room and separate toilet. Super clean all. Kettle available on request. Very helpful staff! And breakfast exceeds its 2 star rating: lots of fresh fruits, jams, good coffe, etc etc fabulous! Good location 5 to 6 mins walk to 2 beaches and nice restaurants 2 mins away plus a good fruit stall and small supermarket. Bus into town 2 mins away. Free parking opposite hotel. I highly recommend it !!!!!! Exceeded expectations.

The rooms are very clean and recently decorated. Simple decoration to the point of the room feeling a bit bare. Staff are all lovely-v helpful and polite. They are helpful if you have a bike locking it away at night. Good value breakfast. A great value seaside hotel.

From the moment I arrived not only was I warmly welcomed but I knew that I couldn't have done a better favor for myself by booking here. Great room(with a balcony,), even better service. I'll be singing the praises of this hotel for years to come, I might even make this my yearly retreat!
