Nice boutique hotel in a nice area. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Mobile phone provided in each room was very helpful in getting around Paris. Excellent value for the money.

Pros:
_ Quaint, surprisingly quiet at night (despite the busy area during the day);
_ Staff is nice, here to help if needed;
_ Rooms are decent size for a Parisian Hotel;
CONS:
_ Elevator/Lift does not go to the last floor, mind it when booking if you can't climb stairs easily;
_ Only one tiny elevator, used as well by the cleaning-staff, be ready to wait a bit when calling it ...

This was 2nd stay at Hotel Les Theatres. Very nice hotel, hotel rooms, staff and breakfast. Nice central location in Paris, a short walk from Gare Du Nord & Est. If available this will be my first choice in future.

Excellent hotel and first class service from the staff. Only issue was that the room was always hot so needed a window open at night which let in traffic noise. Easy to use Metro and only 15 mins from Gare Du Nord on line 4.

This is a nice hotel with OK rooms and OK breakfast. Service is OK.
During the winter (I was there Jan) the air condition was turned off so the rooms where very warm (acc to 4 / 5 of us).
When you cannot sleep well, there is no breakfast or nice room decoration that can compensate it.
