Not been for a while, but have stayed here and found it great value for money...It is basic and clean.. Ideal position, not far from beach or bars shops etc... Looking to go there Jan 2018, saw these reports and felt i needed to write. If you wish a posh hotel with white table cloths etc this is not for you,,,,, if you wish to be more in with the people, locals and friendly faces, this would be my choice.

We have been using this hotel for about 18 years now - get into airport, straight to hotel, no hassle at hotel. Lovely people, we have never ever had a problem here - we always use it for about 5 days when we arrive, then use Madame's taxi service (her son) right next to the entrance, to pop to southern Goa for a while - then back to North Goa (which is more lively) - bliss in both directions, he is knowledgeable and good company (trip about 3 hours £25 wow!). I must admit that I love Goa and this hotel as a base is superb - the Bar Manager plays great music as well!! We are due back there in February 2018, can't wait.

Service is very bad .
For one thing we have to ask again and again . They don't give any room service they don't give any glass they don't give any plates, very arrogant staff . They give Limited breakfast to Indians and unlimited breakfast to Russians . They give more Priority to Russians and ignoring Indians . I've been more than 10 times to Goa but this is the worst Hotel I've ever seen. For god sake I am not joking, this is not the place to be. Pathetic!

Me and my wife visited Goa this October and stumbled upon this gem. This place is a find. Awesome rooms and awesome food. Awesome pool. Everything was a complete value for money. Extremely satisfied with the service. And an amazing bar too. Drinks are really cheaper than nearby restaurants. In a prime location too

Worst hotel someone can ever imagine. Poor hygiene standards and torn bed linen. No need to say more than that. Booked through agoda and this was first and last time with agoda hotel. Rude and shameless reception people and proudly say that this is Goa and things happen like this in Goa. Totally spoiling the image and hospitality of Goa.
