In a nutshell, if one can have a choice of finding other places in the same price, this should not be booked at all. The room we were given had no toiletries, complementary water, hand towel, only one towel, no shower curtains. As per the management, there is no concept of shower curtain their washrooms. Well, there is no shower tub, it is just the way they constructed the floor. The rooms are spacious but what would one do with them if there are no proper amenities. Complementary breakfast is no good either-less options and no proper service. Poha was hard to chew for both the days we stayed. During the first day, we got coffee instead of the tea we ordered. (Even though there were only four people for breakfast, wonder why they got it wrong). Pranthas were not warm enough.
And I guess Management does not care about the bad reviews they receive on various websites, otherwise they could have amended the service.

It was a quite satisfactory and comfortable stay. Room was clean. The hotel was located at very good location. The service provided by their staff was also up to the mark. Complimentary breakfast provided by the Hotel was an added advantage.

Stayed here for one night. Rooms were unexpectedly spacious and interiors are good. Room is with bath tub n LED tv.
Breakfast was ok not very much happening but one can manage. Staff is courtiers. Can recommend this hotel to any traveller.

The cleanliness is poor. Room Service pathetic, Mattresses are overused, I had back pain after 2 night. Food ..you can just have it..no taste. No professional approach. They provide complimentary breakfast, but that too is limited to paratha or poori. Overall not good to stay.

I had stayed here few times in past but have seen the service standard coming down rapidly. This stay was worst of all. The staff is misguiding in their conduct. They mentioned the breakfast is complementary, but no buffet was laid. When, asked for room service they brought food without mentioning that it was not included in package. Then during checkout, they sent no bell boy to room as I had returned the food an hour ago. Also the hotel staff was rude enough to not offer help with my luggage.
People are not foolish - either you work on training your staff or such reviews shall become synonymous to the place.
