The hotel is located about 1 km from the main town. We had booked a triple bed room for 2 nights and our room was 4 bedded and very spacious. Hot water was available in the room in the morning but not in the evening however the hotel staff arranged hot water on request as it was peak winter time. Linens were not clean and had stains. WiFi was not available in the room. Limited parking space was available. We had breakfast on both the days and they served early morning amidst limitations. We had parathas, bread toast and poori which were very tasty and without onion and garlic. Staff were very polite and helpful. Helipad was about 15 minutes drive from the hotel.

Staff, Hotel & service is very good. but can be improved on food and room comfort. best hotel for vaishno devi trip. looking forward to book again on my next trip. INTERNET need improvement as it's only work in lobby area and some time it's was not working in lobby area also. but staff provide help with MOBILE internet to access some important info.

My impression before going to this hotel was good after reading the reviews of the same. But I was not expecting much. This is my fifth visit to Maa Vaishnodevi. First of all the hotel is in just off the main rood. The rooms are big enough, but it was not open to natural lights. I think the position of the building is such that it can't accommodate sun light. Food was okay, priced a bit high. Restaurant is pathetic. My advice is to eat in your room. They had not changed the table clothes for long time. Food marking and dart are here and there in the restaurant tables. Good supportive staffs, expect front desk. Front desk seems a bit rude. Hotel has a very small elevator. And last but not the least is the GST. Please make sure you know the correct GST applicable to your room, as the GST varies with the room rate.

i have been staying for last 5 years inthis hotel , good hotel and hospitality . KAmal is a good manager and food is good .
Cab facility is timely ,, pantry service quick
new rooms are good in budget price
