We stayed in Hotel Mahatma, alace. Hotel was in the business area of Ajmer. We were in a group. The room, we were allotted, was good and cozy. Bathroom was clean. Bed and linen are comfortable. good restaurants nearby.

I arrived in Ajmer without a booking during low season (late May, most of the guesthouses i stayed in were completely empty). I saw that this place had decent ratings on TA so thought I would try it. There was a young woman behind the counter and two young men sat in the lobby (admirers? staff?). First of all, considering she was at the front desk of a hotel, she seemed very confused and amused by the fact that I wanted somewhere to stay. It wasn't the fact that her English was very poor, it was the fact that she looked at and treated me like something on the bottom of her shoe. She quoted me a price which was far above what I had been paying for similar and when I tried to negotiate it down (seeing as it was low-season and the place looked empty) she said she would have to phone her manager. 15 minutes of her and the lads laughing and clearly mocking me in Hindi later, she announced that there were no rooms available. Aside from actual abuse, I can't imagine how I could have received worse service. I felt angry and embarrassed. The management may be very nice, but they need to rehire/retrain their front desk.

It was a wonderful experience in Ajmer.. ..!! All staff are very helpful feel like a second home..!! I am sure I always prefer this Hotel in future..Thanks so much for your support and service..!!

Hotel is good , rooms are neat and clean and big in size , hotel is 10 minutes walkin distance from railway station , auto will take 40 rs and and hotel is close to dargah you can hire richshaw they will charge 20 rs per person .
Quality of food was good , they deliver on time .
The only negative point , hotel is not on main area

Visited here 4 times in last 2 month , it's very near to Railway station and main market. The very famous Dargah Sharif is also at walking distance from Hotel. Staffs is cooperative and value for money
