If you love pre-stained sheets, mosquitoes, dirty restaurant in a terrible building then this is the place for you. If not, avoid. The staff were friendly, the food was good - yes, but the rest was so miserable. After our stay here, I contacted our travel agency and complained - which is a first for me. Really terrible place.

Staff is good ,but location is in a industrial area so lot of chemical smell,room size is good as some issue with washroom etc
It's about 5 kms from city center .
Try for another option if no work in industrial area ,as Raymond is just near .

Hotel is at good place near the Industrial area and at quite place. Room was good and spacious. But room facility and bathroom are not upto the standard. Flush was leaking. Toiletry provided is very limited. TV remote back cover was missing and it was fixed with tape.
Food quality is average also choice of breakfast is very limited. Wi Fi was not working. Staff is good but not upto the expectation.
Overall not value for money.

Very avg room , leaky taps , very uncoordinated staff. The room rent as compared to quality of rooms is high.the actual room was 1500 which make my trip charged 2500 and gave a 30 percent discount. The food was however good .

Was here for a business visit for a couple of nights. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread was not too great. They have separate restaurants for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Staff was helpful and courteous. I would recommend Hotel Maitreyas.
