This is nice and budget hotel, but very basic hotel, i paid small amount for one night but as went first time for manali next day we booked 4 star hotel to enjoy our holidays.
good for just for a day stay..

there was no receptionist, geaser was not working.
hotel was clean & one can see the mountain covered with snow, but the hotel does not have any restaurant, you have to go to the mall for your breakfast, lunch & dinner which is 1 km away from the hotel.
as there is no receptionist you cannot get any service from their side.

I was travelled to this hotel with my wife in June 2013.The hotel has a proximity to the mall road and that seems the only advantage.Otherwise , they don't have good transport facility or Kitchen facility.This time the manali weather is not so cold in June and despite this ,there is no fan in room 208 which i was provided.The towel provided was wet.There was no calling bell in the [link removed] was also not working.Deepak rawat who is at reception is very warm and cordial but other staffs are rude and idiots.I asked them to arrange cab in non-sharing basis for Rohtang valley and in the morning at 5 AM just before departure they asked me to join the cab with another couple in sharing [link removed] 5AM it was not possible for me to arrange another cab so we had to leave for Rohtang , un-willingly , in sharing mode due to these people's carelessness.I advise you to hire a cab independently from Himachal Taxi Union's office at Manali Mall Road , that's my experience.

I had booked the hotel Online Through makemytrip.com from 28 May to 30 May'2013 .The Snaps Shown in Websites & the actual Scene doesn't match.The Rooms are very Dirty & Unhygienic.
If you spending a Rs.1000 for this hotel its better to stay at Road /Footpath than to stay at this Hotel.
There is no Arrangements for Fooding,Tea etc.The Staff is very small in size.Rooms are Like Hell & no Scenery nearby.
I Strongly Recommend Everyone "Not To stay" in this hotel as i had stayed there for one day & that day i got to know that how the "People stays at Hell"

Stayed in this hotel feel like home, cool and awesome place to stay. Very good in hospitality. Excellent servicing staff. Location very good. I mean everything good. You would feel home comfort. I would say just try once if you planning to manali in future.
