We we're coming down to Delhi from Shimla and thought to stay one more night to explore Panchkula and nearby
Hotel infrastructure is OK but the services are worst especially if u go and opt for the buffet meals at their in house restaurent. We opted for the buffet dinner and they tried to satistied us by giving unlimited platter but still I can say only two server for full house is not UpTo the mark coming to complimentary buffet breakfast it's just very bad all dishes are cold no juices no live counter plz DNT go with buffet and call in room service.
We got the suite room from goibibo at a good rate but still I can say there are lot of other properties which u can get it a t quite reasonable price

Very bad meal service
Not a fresh food
Not proportionate server
U have to go by urself for fork spoons and tissues etc
Morning breakfast is the dumb
Overall I would recommend this property to others considering not to opt for breakfast
On very good location just 8kms from Mata Mansa Devi mandir and Panchkula golf course is just 2kms prior.

THis is the first time Im staying in this Hotel. I got stuck during Baba Ram Rahim verdict. The Hotel staff and Management were very courteous and ensured that we are safe and not suffered.
The highlight was when I was checking out of the Hotel bec of blocking of Internet I could not settle the bill as credit card was not working. The management said that I can do the RTGS and settle once I reach back.
Thank you much for the courtesy and the consideration. This is how relationship builds up.
Wish you all the best and I shall stay and recommend my staff to stay here only

I stay at hotel mandarin as my haulting hotel to my journey to hills this reason. Hotel is great with very helpful staff but rooms were very comfy and great. ...We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel..The reception and food services was very well.....good job team will visit again....

Excellent food and service in dinner. Delicious buffet breakfast. Reasonable price of rooms,staff was very good. Convenient location. I loved my stay and would be visiting again very soon .the only area which needs to be taken of us the entrance and the exit..

We stayed in hotel mandarin last month the location of hotel was very good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Always helpful. food is very good. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable. This is the best hotels in zirakpur as location specially when travelling to shimla and manali
