Stayed at this hotel for three days as part of marriage function
Very cooperative staff
Rooms are decent and were quite clean
Hot water facility is available thru out the day and speed with which water comes takes away all the tiredness
Would recommend it to all who wants to book it for big functions as there in ample space even between the rooms with large corridors and good banquet halls

may be Mangal City hotel was trying to attract more guest and pay their staff less,
hospitality and services are very poor in the hotel,
as per budget this hotel is quiet into the pockets to stay but there is no cleanness in the corridors not even in the room,
seems like it was made just to fill rooms from wedding guest... who can live in any sort of rooms

Not a perfect business destination. Room service is also very poor. But 1 good thing is foods are very delicious. Staffs also are not too much cooperative in nature. If you book from online vendors like goibibo or MMT, staff didn't respond you seriously...

Hotel is located within city and is all major places are accessible with medical shop and restaurants nearby. Our stay was comfortable there and staff was helpful.
Rooms AC are among the things which they should improve, We were told they are recently cleaned up and will cool in sometime.

I stayed with my family and felt so homely. The staff at the reception was so courteous. They helped us with our trip to omkareshwar .The food is really great.They have theatre,Mcdonalds and shopping point too in the mall.
