I took the family room having 4 separate bed in which they had joined 2 bed on request as children with us. Family room size good. we took lunch in hotel restaurant, taste was good, in evening they also have two more food joint opened in hotel campus named sankalp express for south Indian food and one for sandwich & pizza.
room service good, on request they had arranged the cab with good driver to kutch trip.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any one . Reasons
1. Hot water in the early morning hours is a major problem- gives only luke warm
2. they offered tea when we checked in without telling its chargeble and finally gave us the bill which was whoppingly expensive. 87/- rs for a small cup of tea in a 3 star hotel. We skipped the breakfast as we had early morning flight and asked to them adjust against it but they refused which is usually done by all hotels.
3. the charges of the room was much more than what is quoted in the digital board at the reception
4. found the staff unfriendly . Very particular about check out time of 9 am ..which is normally 10-11 am in most hotels..
5. Sleep quality was pathetic with hard pillows and people shouting in the corridor late in the night unmindful of those sleeping. infact me and my child didnt sleep the whole night on 31st dec due to the noise and had to wake up early to catch a early morning flight
There are better places near by at less prices. go for it

We went here just by chance on Chritmas and very pleasantly surprised. We ordered sp. Magalam mix veg, paneer tikka, khichdi and all the items very amazing delicious. They choclates to kids. One of the best veg food i have eaten in recent times.

Best hotel for staying. Really very good staff. They are so friendly and co operative . Best hotel in budget. If I were you I will never look for anyother hotel. Price are fixed but worth it. They are changing from season to season.

Hotel is located close to airport and railway station. Very good staff who are polite and helpful. Good restaurant serving vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices.Rooms are reasonably comfortable and clean.
