This hotel has been existing in Mangalore for years together now. The property has become old and is in dire need of renovation. Rooms are spacious but not maintained properly.
New properties has come up and are far better than this hotel.
Just because , there was no availability in other hotels, ended up staying in Poonja.

Stayed here for 3 nights with Family. The only advantage of staying in this hotel is the location and the rest is all on your luck. Rooms were fine but they need a renovation ASAP. Bathroom is in total mess. Biggest problem here was taking hot water bath. You will get hot water flow once you waste near 2 to 3 buckets of water. When asked the staff, they gave some weird excuse regarding the same which was really annoying. If they have more guests then you need to wait for some 15 mins for hot water flow, and if not then god knows how much water one will be wasting. Total nonsense.

I had no other choice but to select this hotel as there were no other places with the vacancy in Mangalore. Even with hesitation, I went ahead with the booking as the rating as of Nov 2017 was showing 3.5 out of 5 (hmm, not bad). But the experience I had was terrible. The reception crew was un-ethical and had zero hospitality. Rooms booked online vs what received was different, not even clean, dirty bed, dirty bedsheets, bathroom floors were dirty, sink pipes leaking, rusty water in the flush and in the sink, smell of smoke in the room, elevators not working, no staff to help with the luggage.. the list goes on. I will never select this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

Suite room is good and spacious, room service is wonderful, hotel staff are polite and
Understands hindi language properly, need to upgrade menu of buffet breakfast with more varieties , update rooms with more electric lights not prorerly illuminated

Stayed here on 31 dec. Booked through goibibo and paid 9000 for 2 rooms shich proved to be an ultimate waste of money. We were given room 108 and 109. After shelling out 4.5k for a room we were given a non ac room.
No lcd tv but the old box tv sets exist. The bathrooms are at their worst condition. None of the basin taps worked in both the rooms. Dirty floors. The flush didnt work and the tap water was yellow in color.
If i woulx hv paid 1000 rs for this room i wouldnt hv complained. But this is nt what u expect after paying 9k.
The 1 jan complimentary bfast was ok. Spread could hv been better.
No tea and coffee machines in the room.
Also the is no swimming pool. Although a picture of the pool is seen in the hotel ad. It used to be there once upon a time.
Basically its a very old hotel which seriously needz to be renovated.
