The staff was helpful to us when they came to pick up our luggage and also to drop the same when we left. There was hot water issue in both our rooms, so had to ask their staff person to come and fix that. There were also no floor mats, so had to ask for them too. Other than that, the rooms were alright and stay was comfortable.
By the way, we were earlier booked in the Treebo Taj Haveli hotel, but the Treebo customer care called saying they are overbooked there, so they offered us rooms in Treebo Maniram Palace at the same cost. At least it was a good gesture of Treebo to inform us and accommodate somewhere else.

Really bad overall service, rooms were down right dirty especially the bed sheets and bed covers. bathroom was untidy and didn't have running hot water in December 2017! what was most frustrating was the billing process. the front office staff were extremely unprofessional. It took them 3 hours to figure out the billing and then their card machine was not working so had to take out cash to pay them. I think the "machine not working" was to just get the money in cash. Never going back!

The rooms were not clean the service at the hotel was very bad we have to call them at least two to three times to get someone to listen to us even the food was of not good quality. Did not look like a treebo hotel

1. Rooms were small
2. Bathrooms were dirty
3. Breakfast spread was too small
4. Reception (while check in) was not co-operative
5. They charged me an amount extra. Which to their goodness, they informed me. However, same was returned after due persuadation and multiple visits to hotel.
To my understanding, they r booking the hotel at 2000 per night at counter, however, treebo offering it for 3500 here.

The hotel is highly overpriced.
1. Room was very small
2. Staff was kind, but uninformed. One staff told the breakfast will close at 10 am another said at 11 am
3. Reception was uncooperative for check-in. I gave my visiting card, still the staff insisted me to fill the hotel check-in slip. I faced such practice for first time.
4. Toilets were dirty and toiletries were not kept.
5. Breakfast spead was 3 items -bread and butter, aaloo paratha, and poha. That's it
6. The staff overcharged me by taking the amount, which I paid to treebo again. The amount stands unrefunded till now ....
