Last one month stay in mansingh palace with my friends,hotel is good but management level are very bad i meet to housekeeping manager on the floor asked to abt agra but he is not able to tell with us.communication is fully bulsite i remmeber that (sunny).after few hours i meet to ehk i dont know name he is same like a causual staff behave .dear top management member .....kyo aisa staff rakhte ho jise pata nahi guest se kaise bat karte h......remove that both person

On our visit to Agra we booked the room through goibibo and got a good deal, along with breakfast.
What's Good....... The hotel is on a prime location without entering the traffic congested part of the city and close to Taj Mahal.
Check-in was smooth and room size was good with all the basic amenities.
The hotel is little aged out and best part is the renovation work is going on.
There is a small garden and a great swimming pool.
Breakfast was average and dining in the restaurant was yummy.
Conclusion.......Price and location was the main criteria of booking this hotel.

So here I'm with my first review but sorry to say I don't have a great news.
This place is not at all worth the price. If you pay "12K" for 2 nights you expect the hotel to be a great place to stay.
This is not even worth 2 Star but still I'm giving due to it's Location which is quite near to Taj Mahal and other monuments.
Also because they serve early breakfast around 6:30 am so you are free and start your trip early.(looking forward for that)
First impression of the hotel is nice but as I stepped in the room... It was not worth the price.
Even after late check-in.. room WAS NOT CLEAN. SEE THE PICS.. dirt every where..
Old carpet untidy one
Rusty washroom.. each and every item in the washroom was RUSTY...
THEY HAVE NOT MAINTAINED their hotel washrooms.
Rooms are just decent... Nothing great.
Only one charging point near bed.
Even after opting VIEW .. I got a room which haD NO VIEW.
EVEN A COLD DRINK COSTS 125!! And had nothing in the fridge... You have to call them and ask..
You can hear all the voice from the corridor which will end up irritating you as children are shouting and yelling and rooms walls and doors are not able to prevent the noise.
GOD!!
Delhi 3 star HOTELS are much better than this and trust me when I say this. This hotel IS NOT WORTH IT.

Very decent hotel property and decent location. After midnight main entrance closed and no system to activate door alarm, just constantly bang the door a guard will come and will open the door for you though you disturb his sleep. Reception guy will sleeping in lobby. Good part is you get the breakfast early at 6:30 if you need to go far for sight seen or else. Restaurant and Bar is neither modern nor classic. Room service is excellent, house keeping team happy to help you. In total it is not a bad hotel and value for money definitely.

Well appointed, clean, polite attentive staff. Excellent food. Bar prices eye Watering! Beware! 3 beers, 2 g&t £35!
WiFi kept dropping out - not a signal strength problem just gone completely at random intervals. Thus rendering it pretty well unusable. Again the seemingly unique to India only one device allowed on wifi
