1, The attitude of every single staff that we interacted with, was very courteous
2. Food was very good
3. Rooms were well maintained and clean.

Decent rooms .....good food. The service is good at the hotel and the waiters are well mannered.
The location of the hotel is good, just off the main road. There are many good restaurants nearby ,serving great choice Kolhapuri delicacies. The hotel is very near to the Railway station and bus station for outstation buses. It is perfectly located if one wants to visit Ambabai temple .

Non-AC rooms were clean and spacious, however the privacy is compromised as these are on the ground floor. Check-in took time but checkout was fast. Near the station. Polite staff. Complimentary breakfast is seriously lacking (variety and quality). The restaurant was good for takeaway for onward journey. Overall good option for an overnight halt.

A great hotel in Kolhapur, for a break journey. Rooms are good. Staffs, securities are very helpful and courteous. Has an awesome dining, and the food was really tasty here. Their Mutton rassa, and Maratha thali is a must try!

Excellent Service given by F&B Staff. Staff is so polite and helpful. We are here for the Conference. They have arranged everything perfect. Ambiance is also beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for business conferences.
