Pleasant hotel slightly dated. In good location for beach and for the town. Large shopping centre with food outlets just over 5 min walk.Room never had tea/coffee facilities but i beleive now we could have asked

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location short walk to the beach and town centre and fairly peaceful at night. Room was immaculate and staff all very friendly. The only thing I can fault was the food always being cold and not particularly good quality, other than that a great hotel.

Stayed at Christmas for six nights,good breakfast selection but beware fried eggs showing white not cooked through,and for some strange reason chipolata canned sausages,the food is always luke warm,dinner selection good but always cold.The best dinner was xmas eve,all staff are good.

This hotel is situated close to the beach and about 800m from the historic part of Alicante. It sits just beneath the old fortress of Santa Barbara and is close to both the tram line and the C6 airport bus route. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable with a view from the enclosed balcony. The bathroom was also a reasonable size, although you had to be careful not to tread on the doorstop!
Breakfast is served in the large dining area and there was a good choice of food. The staff were most friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again when visiting the city.

Lovely hotel, food and bar with polite and helpful staff. Large hotel and it does have extra space for more at breakfast time. Bar staff very helpful with local knowledge and the reception staff are always there to help.
