Budget hotel 2 km from railway station

Location: 2 Km from Secunderabad railway station, near Ranigunj Signal Difficult to locate the place. From the hotel if you are booking a taxi, go to the main road and book. Otherwise the taxi driver can get confused and cancel the ride if he is unable to locate you.

Management : Extremely good attitude. Polite and courteous
Quality of rooms : Average. Bearable in winter.
Cost : Very reasonable
Value for money : Yes

Pros: Free WiFi, Hot water, Free RO water bottled and refrigerated. You can order Breakfast, Tea, Coffee. They bring it from a nearby budget restaurant.

Cons:

Since it is located in a old building, some small insects come out from somewhere when we are not there in the room. Don't keep any food items uncovered. They sprayed pesticide in some rooms to prevent the insects but the pesticide smell can make you sick.

Bed sheets and towels, though washed and clean, they are not of very good quality. Always carry your own thin couple of bed sheets and a thin towel when you book in budget hotels.

No lift. Don't go if you have elderly persons who cannot climb stairs.

Payment by Card is charged 2% extra.

Tips:
1. The AC room allotted to us was small in size. But the cheaper non AC room had 3 beds and is very spacious. They may charge extra if 3rd person in the room.

2.During winter a Non AC room should be ok. Don't take non AC room on top floor.

3. If you book online, you may get a discount but check in / check out will be at 12 noon. Hence you may end up paying for an extra day. If you call the hotel directly, you get 24 hour check in / check out

Inhumanely hot

The hotel is very close to James street MMTS station. The rates reasonable and staff are quite friendly. However all the pro's get nullified as the rooms on the third floor are outrageously hot. I have stayed in many hot places before but never where the room did not become cooler even by a single degree through out the night. The management seriously needs to realise that the main reason anyone goes to a lodge is to sleep at night and install some sun shade over the roof. It is impossible to sleep peacefully here. The hotel can used by obese people to reduce their fat at very cheap rates.

Neat and clean rooms. AC and NOn ac rooms are available. Receptionist and staffs are good and they will guide you if you need help. Airport pick up is nearer to Hotel. Jain Mandir and restaurant nearer to hotel. I suggest to stay in AC room in Summer.

Midrange hotel with good price with Free Wifi

I stay here for 4 days .My room was in 3rd floor , Room and bathroom are clean,Goodthing is i had WIFI with no interruption .Staffs and room service were good .
Only thing is entrance of this hotel is lil clumpsy apart from that i can recommend this for all with reasionable price compared to other hotels nearby...This hotel is located just few kms away from Hussain Sagar Lake

Point wise review:
Pros:
1.Located near secundrabad railwaystation.Around 2-2.5 km.Auto will charge 40-50 Rupees
2.Rooms and bathroom are clean
3.Price is reasonable
4.Very tasty food at reasonable price (Room delivery only).In fact u will get food variety also.
Cons:
1.TV was old with local cable connection
2.There is no lift.The hotel is located in the first floor
3.The entrance of the hotel.I mean it is located at a old commercial building.
4.Purified drinking water should be available for guests
