Good location, nice rooftop restautant, great service. The manager is a gem and looks personally after every detail. The room was ok. The team did a great job to make our time and stay very pleasurable. Will look it up next time

Superb Hotel in minimum budget. Facilities are good. Earlier I stay in Hotel ramada jaipur but that hotel services like kake the DHABA. When I search this hotel. I stayed in hotel superb hotel. We will be back whenever we are in jaipur trip. Thanks every one.

We had a nice stay. Room was well ventilated and airy. We booked a standard room but happen to get a suite. The common areas are also welcoming with a traditional swing sofa and comfortable sitting space.

Had booked because of Trip Advisors reviews. How many of these are genuine is now questionable. Just needed a room for the night as we had to leave very early the next morning.
Very noisy as itâs close to the highway and the train station (Indian trucks and coaches have air horns). The balcony was filthy and disgusting and had not been cleaned for years. Had to ask to change the bed sheets pillow case as there were long hairs. I presume from the previous guests as I only saw all male staff with short hair.
It was nice to meet other travelers at the roof top restaurant. Had a small bite to eat and shared our experiences by the open fire. The guys operating the roof top restaurant were very hospitable and friendly, I would say the best thing about this place.
We did get hot water and were able to have a wash using the bucket as the shower didnât work.
The two star review is based on hot water and the roof top.

My friend and I (both western females) had our plans change and needed a place last minute right around Christmas when most other hotels (including our favorite, Arya Niwas) were booked. Bad deal for the price. Internet was unreliable, you would have to ask for them to turn it on and get new user names and passwords each day. All-male staff were a bit strange. Breakfast through the upstairs resto/bar (separate business) wasn't good, though the masala chai was nice. Toilet wasn't flushing properly so we switched rooms. I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to work, though my friend did briefly. Finally at the end of our stay I tried to pay with a card and the guy told me their machine was broken and to go to an ATM. I walked to one and the machine didn't work, and I walked back and explained, and he proceeded to take my card and charge it. So it wasn't broken after all! For the price, not worth it. Go to Arya Niwas, much better rooms, food, location, and ambience.
