This is an average hotel and can be avoided.Rooms are OK if you plan to stay one night.I found it not worth the money.Parking needs to be done on a different building since the hotel is on the main road.Also hotel food needs to be eaten outside .They give coupon for breakfast.
Overall,I feel it its good to stay for solo traveller.Not good for family

This property is located on the main road and just next to The famous chinese restaurant Howmein. In fact many famous restaurants are near by. Auto buses etc are easily accessible. Rooms and bathroom are clean.They do not offer breakfast in their hotel but gives coupon which can be redeemed in the next door south Indian coffee/breakfast shop.

Located suitably for a family stay - close to city center.
It is located on a main road but rooms are completely insulated from traffic noise by a corridor which is again insulated by a glass wall. Well designed.
Spacious room with very well done furniture - there is a lot of space for your belongings and baggage so they will not eat-up space on your room floor.
We used little room service but whenever we called, we did not need a reminder.
Avoid package with break-fast. They do not offer buffet which is a let down.
This hotel gives you food coupon to a restaurant (Swagath rest.) located in the same building.
Swagath serves decent vegetarian food but choice is not vast.
A restaurant named Kudla, located some 500mts away is great place for veg food.
PARKING - vehicles have to be parked on footpath as there is no compound

Hotel Mayur Residency is nearly 10 minutes away from Mangalore Central and 30 minutes or so from Mangalore Junction. Its a budget hotel with deluxe facilities. Good for solo or family traveler. There is no in room dining services available at the hotel. But just next to the hotel there is a veg restaurant wherein you can eat. Had a pleasant stay.

Located on the main street it is accessible to most places and the rooms are clean. They have tied up with a neighbourhood veg restaurant to provide breakfast. Parking is not available. Feels slightly priced higher than what it deserves.
