Don't stay here unless your expectations include:
Clumps of hair on the tables.
Bed linen that looks like it hasn't been washed for week.
Once white grey towels.
Cigarette burns in an old settee.
Cockroaches.
Dirty floors, walls .....everything.
Noise. Not just from the street but from other rooms.
Water jug that hasn't been cleaned properly in months....perhaps years.
Cold shower.
You have been warned.

The hotel seems to be famous among locals but their hospitality was too cold. First they changed our originally booked room and then didn't botjer to provide the basic necessities. No housekeeping done.

I can only recommend this great hotel in the heart of Amritsar. I was travelling solo (female) and I really felt safe in the surroundings. Room was perfectly clean, well equipped with everything you need, loved the room service (very tasty food) and in general the hotel facilities. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful.

No hot water, no light on the toilet. We called the reception many times to fix the light but they didn't do anything, they sent someone to see it and that was it. It was written that the had a hairdryer on the bathroom, but there was none. Wifi also didn't work in the bedroom. Very poor breakfast with only one option for non Indian food eater and no fruits on it. Very expensive and not worthy the money.

We stayed at room 411. Spring mattress was broken. When i called they sent 2 normal mattresses and placed over spring mattress.
Parking is not in the same building. Its a stinky basement nearby with no connectivity.
Hotel is not clean rooms are not clean.
Only positive thing is the location of hotel.
