Reception need to be more proactive, Supporting Bill Misplaced.
And it takes almost 45 Minutes for final billing.
Need to add more option for Breakfast.
Need to look into cleanness of room.
Staff need to learn hospitality

Good Location- good service. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant has adequate spreads. Service is good. The only improvement could be in the Reception process- it is quite dis-organised & chaotic.
But overall a decent experience.

Nice hotel with reasonable rate card. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet were good. Within 500 metres you have Paradise Biryani outlet if you want to have Hyderabadi Biryani. Malls and many other outlets in vicinity. Secunderabad station is 2 km from the hotel.

Itâs a good hotel but staff need to learn hospitality. Rooms are ok, neat and clean. At the time of check in, staff need to be more cordial. Location is good but room has low ventilation and no sunlight in rooms. Breakfast spread is good but service for hot serve is poor.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional.
The hotel room was neat, clean and the room service was excellent.
The traveler staff of the hotel Satya and Das were really friendly and their service was outstanding and beyond explanation.
