The location of this hotel was outstanding for exploring Namba and the rest of Osaka. The views where amazing, we took a breakfast included deal which was worth it. Easy access to the train stations and a short walk to the metro lines all underneath the hotel. There's so much happening underground in the shopping malls that go on forever, but don't forget to pop up to street level where the food stalls, shops and neon nights will dazzle you. The Namba area was a highlight of our trip, it was also easy to access the Kansai Airport train from here. We would definitely stay here again

First if all this is an excellent hotel. Convenient location, ease of access to transport, supermarket below, excellent staff.
only issue we had with our stay was the triple room was a bit small. The room seemed to be just a twin with an extra bed. The roll away bed was fine, very comfy, no problem there. But 3 adults with full size luggage made the room very cramped! Also not having a bedside table for the third bed was a little inconvenient. Despite this, we very much enjoyed our stay and it was the 3rd time staying at the hotel. I think that speaks for itself.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teenage children) recently stayed at this property. We stayed in a quad room, there was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the complimentary water and the use of the data phone that was privided in the room.
The property is close to trains, buses, supermarkets - you donât even have to venture out into the cold as it is all directly underneath. It was also great being able to use Namba Walk to walk to places around the city.
We enjoyed the breakfast. The views from our room were amazing. We could even purchase our Universal Studio tickets on site.
Would definitely recommend this property.

Accessible via Kansai Airport (approximately 50 minutes). Two-minute walk from the bus station. Near Dotonbori, supermarket and train stations; efficient and friendly staff; great breakfast (worth the additional charge). Beautiful city view from our room. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

From the Kansai Airport, you can easily reach the hotel by the OCAT, and it takes only 1 hour to arrive at the JR Namba.
So many shops surrounded as for shopping as well as dinning.
The hotel is quite closed to Dotonbori.
Rooms are nice and cozy.
