Been here for 2 nights from 23rd to 25th January 2018.
Hotel :. Exactly opposite to Dalhousie bus stand. But very quite n cool place. Very good hotel with splendid views of Himalaya mountain range. A lot of space to relax n sit out . A very big open terrace in front of the mountains.
Rooms : seen 3 rooms before booking the best available. All the rooms are good n pleasant under respective category. The rooms had selected was with long gallery facing the campus terrace n on the other side the amazing view of the mountains. Room was huge with separate bedroom area n sitting area. All the basic amenities were provided in the room. Heater was present as it was very cool . Room was very comfortable with very good views from huge with Dow n gallery.
Service : above excellent. Each n every staff from room boy to housekeeping, waiter to manager, all are soft spoken , polite, well mannered n ready to serve at any time. I got the best prompt service every time I have asked for something.
Food: this is the area where this hotel need to improve. I did not like the food here. Taste was not up to the mark. A bit expensive as well. But taste is where their dishes are lacking.
Overall : it's a fabulous hotel with great rooms, great views n any time ready staff. Pure n pure relaxation. It's just 10minutes away from subash chawk n Gandhi chawk.
Must stay here for your leisure vacation.

Even the view was good and the serenity my God awesome.
All fascilities are there wifi , Spa , Restaurant you name it.
Beds and bathrooms are upto standards.

In Hotel Mount View, many rooms do not have any view.To enjoy a view of snow peaks, one has to come out.Base category rooms are not good at all. amenities are just sufficient. 'NO' 24 hour water supply although required badly in this hill station.Restaurant is very good. Staff are courteous and polite.

If your planning a trip to Dalhousie just plan your stay at the hotel mount view in advance and be rest assured your that you trip is going to be one of the best experience you can have.
The staff is really good and the cooks are awesome. The food is probably the best food you can ask for and the service are excellent.
Pls do visit their website and look at the service included as you might find the rate are reasonable if booking their affiliate.
We love to here and me & my wife my children enjoy a lot their ..
