I stayed with family in a standard room. Room had only 1 wall mounted table fan that too without swing option. TV was there but the Tata sky connection in it was not working. No running Hot water facility, we should inform them prior & they would bring in bucket.

THIS facility is situated at Thadagam road, next to Gandhi Park stop in Coimbatore. The rooms are not as spacious but for a business trip or a family function your meeting hall or the dining is very important, which is good as per my experience in this facility. The Staff and the management are courteous of course.

We called and spoke with Mr. Charles, asked for accommodation for 4. He said it will cost 3k. We agreed and informed the check-in will be in the evening. We reached around 9pm. No proper parking facilities. I parked my car outside. Someone calls the room and says only three members should stay in the room (which they should have informed while booking). Asked for a pillow since there were only two, they said no more pillows. Morning while checkout, they said no bill since it will attract 650 tax. This should have been informed earlier while booking. Asked to swipe card which they refused. Think swiping card will make them liable to collect taxes and issue a bill. I wouldn't come here again.

The location is quite good opposite Gandhi Park. It looked practically deserted when I stayed there and hence there was breakfast only on order and not buffet. The room is well designed but maintenance aspects need more attention. There is a strange practice of playing floor music through an outlet inside the bathroom which may irritate people but luckily it could be switched off. Gandi Park offers a good spot for a decent morning walk without fearing stray dogs which is a big menace in India nowadays. They provide free wifi but you get the signals only from reception and third floor only contrary to their claims of wifi in all floors. The reception and restaurant has beautiful glass paintings with desert (Rajasthani) images. This probably is due to the Rajasthani origin of the owner.

Booked this hotel as the marriage hall was nearby to this one..
Family suite consists of 2 single beds and 2 single couch on the inside and a sofa on the outside of the room..
Rooms were clean.. Bed was comfy..
Extra bed was given free of cost since I made a booking for 3 people..
Car parking - there is space for 4 cars to be parked within the main gate..
For the price the place is just an average stay.. There were lots of other places available in other locality..
