The highlight of the stay is their breakfast buffet at a nominal price. The service was good enough. The room and bathroom were good too! The only thing that troubled us was that we had requested for early check-in on arriving and they agreed saying the room will be ready soon but they took so long that we got the room hardly a little before the check in time. If only we were told the actual time that it would take, we could have done something else instead of waiting.

I stayed with my family for two days and we took two rooms but I will not go back and won't suggest anyone to go. Services and everything were ok. The room was extremely small without any ventilation. Coming to the worst part we were not given any room keys to open our door from outside. A chip card was given which didn't work for either of the rooms. The most horrible thing was that every time I went out of my room I had to call the reception they would send someone and then he would open the door for me. In that process I had to wait for 5 minutes each time, if not more. That is definitely not acceptable that you are not given any key to open your room.

On the way to mount Abu from mumbai, we stayed in this hotel for few hours in the night. We were walk-in customers and had no prior booking. At the reception were asked to shell out Rs 4000.0 for night stay!!! which in my opinion was way to expensive compare to usual Rs 2500 to 3000 margin. Anyhow, no complaints as the room and bathroom though compact but was well maintained and clean. Room service is available and staff are courteous. The restaurant in the hotel is pure vegetarian however, non veg dishes can be ordered in the rooms only. Parking for private vehicles are available in the hotel basement. Free Wi-Fi facility is available.
The hotel is located right opposite to VS Hospital in congested area.
Recommended to stay with family for a night Only.

Hotel nami residency is good for stay. Room is good and clean and room services also nice. I like food qualities and taste too. Services and facilities also good. We had good experience here. Staff working friendly.

Hotel just opposite VS hospital easy to locate,congested area, check in fast,room compact and clean.Tv with English and Hindi channels, bathroom compact but clean,staff good.Restaurnt service good and complimentary breakfast tasty,Overall good hotel,I ticket three and half stars because room wasn't prepared fully before we checked in
