The staff is very slow and dont have proper co-ordination among them.
The entrance and the lobby is very dull. The rooms very small and their bathrooms are not very clean, the towel are very old therefore they are very rough.The blankets are torn The service is very slow.
Apart from that the food is very tasty though The breakfast is not very vast they dont have bread butter jam for breakfast.

This is the basic hotel to stay in Jaipur. Hotel is very near to sindi camp. Rooms are big in size but very basic. Vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor is good. Buffet breakfast is very ordinary. Service is very slow.

Disclaimer: This may not be the actual review of the hotel because I booked the room via OYO Premium. This might be our last OYO booking after three similarly bad experiences in a row in OYO Premium. This probably would be the worst possible room of the hotel. One side of the room, having windows, was opening to a busy road. There were continuous honking of buses, autos and bikes throughout the stay period. We couldn't have a good night sleep.
The wifi never worked even after asking twice. The hotel is very old and the linen and quilt cover was not clean. The towels need replacement.
The breakfast was tasty. The staffs were friendly.

My booking was confirmed a day before arrival.
we reached two hours later than the check in time given by hotel.
On travel date, I also called them on phone that we will reach the hotel approx two hours later than the official check in time, but still the rooms were not ready. they did the cleaning after check in, broken tubs, staining water taps, non cooperative staff

We did not had internet working so were not able to book this property online, we checked in directly and as found the rooms were available in lower prices online at Oyo rooms than the price we were paying, we booked for couple of days instantly. The manager called in his cabin for tea and wanted us to pay directly more for the first day and for rest of days the charges as on Oyo rooms, the Ac was not working, there was no lock in any of the rooms and the reason they say for that made us laugh, no internet service received at this property.
