I had booked 2 rooms on 10th April. I had informed at the reception that we will be checking in late night. Then also when we checked in, the rooms were not ready, no intercom in the room, no water in the jug of water, Tv channel were not working, bedsheets and pillows were dirty and tarred. In the morning when we want to get ready, no water in the bathroom. So overall it was a very horrible experience staying at Hotel Neelkanth Blues. I recommend everyone to avoid this hotel.

Neelkanth Blues Hotel has an advantage of its location. Ahmedabad main attraction Sabarmati River front is just a 3 minute walk away from the Hotel. Located at the centre of the city, most visiting places are nearby and are almost equidistant. Airport just 8-9 Km away and Railway station just 5-6 Km away. It is a good choice if you want to see around the city in less time and money. It has nice entry lobby, but rooms, elevator, corridors aren't well maintained. In short you don't get value for money as per hotel quality and service. I would recommend to see hotel rooms before selection.

I have been there for 2 nights rooms are specious according to tariff but lack of room service and house keeping.......Superior rooms are good enough for a business traveler nothing much in near by.... take food from outside and use for night stay only.

I was offered this hotel against my booking at neelkanth paradise. So thanks to them first to accept me as i had no booking with them. I had booking for a superior room was offered a general room. Both Hotels and hotels.com refused to reimburse difference in tarriff of two hotels and room categories.Hotel.com offered Rs 500 voucher which was less than room difference forget compensation gesture as stated by them.
Room service boys were good. Furniture in room was broken and rotten.Hot water supply was only in limited hours.Bath room was Dirty. we checked out at 8 am somehow just managing to spend night.

Stayed there for just one night. The room is big. Just like many hotels in India in the same price range, the furniture and fixtures are very old. However, of all hotel in the same class I have stayed, this hotel have got the best mattress. Hot water took quite some time to come. Need to turn on the tap for about 5 mins before it turns hot.
Food wise nothing good to talk about.
