Good points:
The hotel is close to sanpada station and easily accessible.
The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. Service is prompt.
The room was spacious and clean. Bedsheets, towels were clean.
Complementary breakfast which they provided was pretty good.
Cons :
There was a lot of noise because of vehicles as the hotel is just next to the highway. Also there was some construction work going on in the adjacent room. So that was a disturbance.
The wifi wasn't working.
There were tiny spiders crawling on the floor. We were three people. So 1 of us had to sleep on a mattress provided on the floor. That caused inconvenience.
I would suggest you book this hotel via oyo app as you may get a better deal.
Overall it was a good stay at a reasonable price. But don't go here with high expectations.

From the first look of the hotel from outside, you do not expect the rooms to be so spacious and well maintained, the exterior of the hotel gives it a little dingy look and doesn't help with feeling confident about your choice.
staff is slightly rude and very blunt, the stay is quite peaceful and definitely worth the money. the room was very well maintained and clean. The best part was that is was very spacious, lot of room.

Neelkiran Hotel is located right off to the sanpada station which makes it quite visible and handy for the daily commuters.Hotel is amazing,rooms were clean and highly equipped with latest technologies.Staffs were welcoming and highly trained.In house food was little okay but it is total value for money.

This hotel is located at a very good location as it is just at walking distance from sanpada station.The rooms are clean and the hotel staff are polite as well.The air con is pretty good and has flat tv's on almost all rooms.It's far from international airport and around 22 kms from main mumbai.I would recommed this hotel if you want a good economical hotel in navi mumbai.

I travelled in December 2015 from London for a 10 day Spirtual getaway and i have to say that hotel Neelkiran being that it was my first time staying, was an overwhelming experience. Why i say this is because it felt like a home away from home. The cleanliness of the enviroment was top notch, Service and staff were genuinely helpful especially the main receptionist Geeta and had a taste of the local cultural food made to order. I would highly recommended this to anyone visiting mumbai as i will be visiting mumbai soon and will surely arrange my second stay at the Neelkiran hotel.
