We stayed here some years back and the stay was perfect and location excellent we thought we would try again but we booked for 5 night and managed about 7 hours the other guest were everything that is wrong in the world as a long term party goer to the island you can see the change in behaviour and unfortunately this hotel has suffered from dirt damaged electrics kicked in doors what a difference 3 years make to something. Unfortunately it is manners and the guests need to change to allow the hotel to stand a chance to get back its former levels

My room was large and comfortable, plenty of closet space, large bathtub... and a lovely balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, where I sat in awe watching the sun go down on Sant Antoni bay every evening. Staff was very helpful, swiming pool great, and the beach a dream, a short distance walk to Es Petó for snacks and drinks. In short, ideal!

On arrival it looks fine nestled next to hotel Hawaii, however as soon as you start to deal with the incompetent staff on reception you start to realise what kind of hotel this is. Had to change rooms due to ridiculous noise from groups of lads next door (night staff do nothing) both had dodgy bathrooms and the smell of sulphur is really bad! It's full of kids and so with no real management of the hotel they run wild and play loud music, scream, shout, try to kill each other ... all from midnight till 4.00am and beyond. If you are a fully functioning adult looking to stay somewhere you can get some sleep and have an enjoyable break avoid this dump. Don't deal with reception in cash they are barely capable (except for one really helpful girl) of administering a room key, it is better to use card so you have some recourse, as was my experience with a late checkout fee that needed refunding...

Upper floor room .....bad air con , bad wifi , smell in bathroom, in high winds glass panel on door bangs all night !!???! Also ssleep with rowdy guests shouting all night . Staff friendly but completely un motivated . Worst house keeping I've ever experienced. Avoid unless your clubbing !

Located in great place, right next to the beach.
Perfect
However.... I've stayed in hostels better than this hotel.
Bar closes at 8.
Pool area is small with a bar area. Reception is dark and outdated. Reception staff....
Lady with head band always on her mobile phone, or sat on loungers outside having a cig, when she does come to the desk she is scratching her private parts. Guy with white shirt, when we arrived the bedding was dirty and the pillow cases didn't look like they had been changed from the last guest, so...... I went down to tell him and his reply was... bring me the dirty bedding and I will swap... erm no..... anyway, if I wanted clean sheet I had to change the bed myself....
Room itself was scruffy, old and needed some updating.... very very noisy on the lower floors.
Next day I asked to be moved which they did to a higher floor, room was much better, better view and larger, looked like may have had lick of paint recently..
The water in the hotel taste disgusting, although I wouldn't drink it as is normal in Spain, it is even difficult to shower in it as the taste and smell is horrid.
We ran out of toilet roll in the room so I asked the guy in the white shirt if at reception if i could have a new one, he gave me two old used ones.. one clearly had been wet at some point possibly with wee.... its disgusting and giving a guest a toilet rollwhich has been half used is horrid, who knows what hands have touched that.. I'd rather go buy some from the shop than use that.
They tv is pointless as has no remote, I've not even asked if reception has one because I'll probably be asked for a large deposit. Also no English tv channels.
All in all I would say this hotel is not fit for families or couples and is a hotel purely for groups who wish to simply just go to sleep.
If you want any form of luxury then do not come to this hotel, many many more hotels around which are much better.
Obviously you do not need to take my word for it and are welcome to waste your cash.
If the hotel manager would like to discuss this I am here a few more days..
