We had booked a room here and from start we find the service lacking here .The room service was no where and only the rooms were good part.The food bread butter costed around 75rs which is super expensive and if you are charging customers that price then do provide service at that level as well.

We were 7 friends who booked this hotel. Let me start with the location. It's bit far from katra and near railway station but hotel did provide us with pick up and drop till baan ganga and even to railway station which is like 5 min from the hotel.
We were looking for hotel rooms when a guy (hotel commission guys) approached us and we told him that we would need 3 rooms and 1 of the room should have an extra bedding. When we went to hotel we saw the rooms and they were bad but reception guy told us thatthey can give better rooms at same price which we agreed to. When I mentioned about that extra bedding the reception guy asked 1 of the staff to provide Extra bed as if he was doing a bit favour. Before check in I asked about wifi coz mobile data reception was bad and he mentioned that wifi is a necessity and don't worry and all.
Now the bad part the wifi was only limited till reception area. The rooms were on 4th floor and hotel's so called lift which can fit only 5 people will go till 3 floors and then take stairs for last floor. There was a marriage in their garden area and they lit "tandoor" just below stair case due to which there was smoke (worst than Delhi 's sir pollution ) all over the floor. I complained 3 times but they offered room change which was non sense as the smoke was throughout the floor. Also, few hotel staff has no care kind of attitude. I won't go there again.

This was pretty decent hotel . What I liked about this is big rooms . very good space . we were three people in one room yet all have good space in the room . proper Ac and fan were in good condition too. nice sweet staff who are happy to help and this hotel is near to railway station too so easy to access and market is on walkable distance which. and yes best view . from the balcony I had view of Matarani darbar in th night .. which was amazing .

Excellent stay.best staff.very helpful.food was ok ok.drop from station to hotel.also pick & drop from banganga.Manager Mr Ratan is very helpful person.i will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

i have stayed here two times . conveniently located and good budget hotel in Katra. Very much close to market area - easily walk able . its also very close to Katra railway station. Rooms are bug enough to put two extra mattress for extra family members and as good view of vaishnodevi mountain. at night - view is very beautiful.
would surely stay here in future as well
